Each member brings a unique blend of skills and knowledge, reflecting our commitment to holistic well-being. Our certified yoga instructors have undergone rigorous training in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & more.
Amanda Alberico
Founder & Instructor
Amanda is the founder and owner of Prana Yoga Studio. She is a triple certified yoga instructor specializing in therapeutic based practices, energy healing and Inside Flow yoga.
Telisha Bryan began her yoga journey in a quest to find a holistic way to deal with her chronic back pain. She is now a 200 hour certified yoga instructor in Westchester, New York. Her classes combine elements of the spiritual side of the practice with the asanas. Telisha is also a certified beginner and intermediate pilates mat instructor, helping students tone their entire body with low impact, and precise movements.

Arta is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who stumbled upon yoga and fell in love with the practice while on a spiritual journey to tap into her higher self. The connection gave her a deeper sense of purpose and increased her awareness of the interconnectedness of all sentient beings. Arta encourages students to cultivate a life of gratitude by promoting self-forgiveness and self-compassion, as every one of us has a wounded inner child. Both steps are necessary to support our wellness by inevitably dissolving our ego, which ultimately leads to a happier and more meaningful life.

With a passion for blending movement and music, Danielle curates fun and upbeat playlists that keep the energy high throughout Vinyasa and Sculpt classes. Danielle believes yoga should be fun, accessible, and empowering for everyone—no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you're flowing through sun salutations or sculpting your body with weights, expect to feel challenged, uplifted, and totally in the moment.
Christine
Yoga Instructor
Christine's yoga journey started off simply as a 30 day yoga challenge; this bark ignited a passion for movement, mindfulness and spirituality. She caught the “yoga bug” , this combined with the desire to stay fit, healthy and inspire others to do the same, sent her on a mission to share this practice. Christine is a RYT – 500 hour certified instructor specializing in Vinyasa and the belief that calisthenics can tone and shape the body. Her motto is"listen to your body and its needs, while striving for lifelong wellness”.
Lily
Yoga Instructor
Lily has been passionate about yoga since she was a child. In 2020, Lily fell in love with the routine of practicing, and three years later in 2023, she received her 200-hour certification in Nosara, Costa Rica. Lily loves sharing her enthusiasm for yoga with others and hopes to inspire people to find a mind-body connection through the practice.
Candice
Yoga Instructor
Candice is a certified 500 RYT who specializes in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Spanish Yoga, and Kids Yoga. From an early age, Candice was introduced to the practice of yoga through her 5th grade elementary school teacher and community after school programs. Yoga has helped Candice become flexible both on and off the mat as well as find balance and ease in her day to day life.
As a native New Yorker, Candice strives to find ease in the hustle and bustle of her life. Her love of bringing community together inspires a playful and nurturing environment. Inspired by nature, and Yogic Philosophy her classes are strategically designed to create a grounding yet challenging experience. She has completed various other training and continuing education courses in Trauma Informed Yoga, Breath-work, and Meditation, Anatomy and Philosophy. When not teaching, you can find Candice globetrotting or hanging out in nature.
Jennifer
Pilates Instructor
With a deep passion for movement, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to the yoga studio. As a pediatric occupational therapist and dedicated Pilates enthusiast, Jennifer understands how movement influences both the body and mind. Her teaching style blends strength, flexibility, and breathwork, creating a practice that supports mobility, balance and inner connection.
Jennifer was certified by Linda Farrell, NCPT of LindaFit Pilates New York City in 2015. She received her Beyond Barre certification in 2016.
